2. Login to your Movie club account in the top right corner
3. Select your desired film/time
4. Ensure the Movie club tab is selected
5. Purchase desired amount of tickets

Are you having difficulty using vouchers online?

1. Head to our website www.regentballarat.com.au
2. Select the movie and time you wanted
3. Ensure the voucher tab is selected
   

   

4. Enter voucher number on back of the voucher under the barcode
5. Then continue payment from there

Are you waiting for your physical Movie Club card?

Thank you for purchasing a movie club card. A physical card for your membership can be collected from the box office. Simply let us know the name you have signed up for and provide identification to receive a physical card.

Do you need help using Gift Cards online?

1. Head to our website www.regentballarat.com.au
2. Select the movie and time you wanted
3. Select the number of tickets you require
4. Then head to the next page where you enter your gift card number and pin number
5. Then continue payment from there

Do you need help activating your MovieClub?

1. Head to our website www.regentballarat.com.au
2. Select Movie club memberships in the top right corner
3. Click activate your account on the left of the screen
4. Enter your card number
5. Enter your email
6. Create a password
7. Login
